The best part about a vacation rental home is that you get rooms for a fraction of what you would pay for a hotel room. Even at $200/night (that equals less than $67/per room per night). And the sales tax is only 5%, whereas the local hotel tax is in addition to their nightly room rate and is nearly 15%!

Peak Season: Weekend before Memorial Day through Weekend after Labor Day

  • Weekly: $1400

Minimum Stay: Four nights

Cleaning Fee: $75.00 (if group size is small enough cleaning fee may be reduced to $40, please inquire)

Sales Tax: 5%

For groups with more than six people: $10/per person, per day

Off-Season: Weekend after Labor Day through Weekend before Memorial Day

  • Nightly Rate: $100.00
  • Weekend Only: $250.00

Weekly: $700.00

Minimum Stay: Two night minimum
